DazzleRock Tack is handcrafted show tack — built to shine in the arena and made to last when properly cared for. We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship while also protecting the integrity of our brand and your investment.

 

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty (Original Owner)

All DazzleRock Tack sets include a lifetime warranty on leather and crystal craftsmanship for the original owner.

We will always repair:

  • Verified craftsmanship defects
  • Normal wear from appropriate show use

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only.

If a set is purchased second-hand, repairs are available for a fee (stones and labor). Warranty coverage does not transfer.

If you are unsure whether an issue is a defect or care-related, we are happy to evaluate your set.

Repairs, modifications, or crystal replacements completed by anyone other than DazzleRock Tack immediately void all warranties.

Repair Schedule

Repairs are accepted twice per year only:

  • January
  • July

Repair window details will be announced prior to opening.

 

Repair Eligibility

Each set is eligible for repair once every three (3) years.

All sets are marked with a production date to track eligibility.

Unmarked Sets will be marked at first repair. 

 

What Qualifies for Repair

We repair:

  • Normal wear from show use
  • Reasonable crystal replacement over time
  • Verified craftsmanship defects

 

What Does NOT Qualify

We do not repair tack that has been:

  • Neglected
  • Improperly stored
  • Exposed to chemicals
  • Excessively worn due to misuse
  • Severely damaged within a short timeframe due to improper care

DazzleRock Tack is show tack — not practice tack.

 

Care & Cleaning Instructions

Proper care is essential to maintaining your set’s brilliance and longevity.

After Each Use

  • Wipe clean with an absorbent towel
  • Store in the provided protective bag
  • Keep in a dressing room, LQ, or temperature-controlled environment

Temperature-controlled storage is strongly recommended.

 

Sweat Is Your Enemy

Sweat will break down crystals and leather.

If sweat gets on your set:

  1. Rinse with water
  2. Dry thoroughly with an absorbent towel
  3. Allow to fully dry
  4. Return to protective bag

Never store damp tack.

DO NOT:

  • Oil the leather
  • Use fly spray on or around your tack
  • Use ShowSheen or any chemical sprays near your tack

Chemical exposure voids warranty coverage.

 

Deep Cleaning (Restore Your Shine)

To safely clean your set:

  1. Fill a sink with hot water
  2. Add Dawn dish soap
  3. Gently scrub with a toothbrush
  4. Rinse thoroughly
  5. Allow to dry completely (sun or fan is fine)
  6. Store in protective bag once fully dry

 

Protective Storage

Every DazzleRock set includes a protective bag for a reason.

If purchasing pre-owned, ensure you receive the original bag. Proper storage dramatically extends the life of your investment.
